You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters processing and can no longer be modified. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll get a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Yes! Orders over 500 EGP qualify for free shipping. Orders below that are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item, we cover the shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping fee.
